From a gifted sourdough starter to daily loaves shared around the table, Even If was born from a simple realization: bread made slowly is bread made better.
After years of baking gluten-free, I began reintroducing wheat and gluten through long cold fermentation and traditional sourdough methods. The difference was undeniable—bread became more digestible, flavorful, and nourishing. What started as a personal journey turned into a passion for honest baking.
At Even If, we believe substance matters more than perfection. In a world full of curated, picture-perfect loaves, we focus on what truly counts: gut-friendly methods, high-quality ingredients, and bread made with intention. Our loaves are rustic, real, and created to be enjoyed—not just admired online.

At Even If Collaborative, every loaf and treat is made fresh to order. Because of the time and care that goes into each bake, we ask that all preorders be picked up during the scheduled pickup window.
Pickup Window
Please arrive during your selected pickup time. If you're running late, send us a message as soon as possible so we can make arrangements if we're able.
No-Show Orders
Orders that are not picked up during the scheduled pickup window and for which no communication has been received will be considered a no-show.
No refunds will be issued for no-show orders.
We reserve the right to donate, resell, or otherwise dispose of unclaimed products after the pickup window has ended.
Future preorders may require prepayment or may be declined after repeated no-shows.

Life happens! If you know you won't make your pickup time, please contact us before your scheduled pickup. While we can't guarantee alternate arrangements, we'll do our best to accommodate you when possible.
